Greetings and Welcome
The members of the Schaumburg-Hoffman Estates Alumnae Chapter (SHAC) would like to welcome you to our virtual home. We are excited that you stopped by. My name is Ursula Yarbrough, and I am honored and proud to serve as the President of this award-winning chapter with a heart.
Proudly and boldly representing the Mighty Midwest Region, we have remained committed to sisterhood, scholarship, service, and social action in the Northwest Suburbs for almost 35 years. We have strived to build community-based partnerships, remain committed to public service, and always remain dedicated to our Sorority’s commitment to social action. We continue to forge new paths, remaining a beacon for others to follow in our community.
As a sisterhood founded on Christian principles, we are working diligently to serve our community with innovative programs and projects that encompass the Sorority’s Five Point Programmatic Thrust (Economic Development, Educational Development, International Awareness and Involvement, Physical and Mental Health, and Political Awareness and Involvement).
