Soror Kellie Gage

Soror Kellie Gage is an ordained minister who serves under the leadership of the honorable Bishop Horace Smith, M.D., of the Apostolic Faith Church in Chicago, IL. She proudly became a member of our illustrious sisterhood over 30 years ago when she was initiated into the Evanston-North Shore Alumnae Chapter (ENSA) located in Evanston, Illinois. Following her initiation, Soror Kellie enthusiastically engaged herself in various committees within her local chapter. Throughout her journey as a Delta, she has had the privilege of serving in several roles, including Collegiate Advisor, Chapter Chaplain, and Leader of the Minerva Circle. Additionally, she has held the offices of 2nd Vice President, 1st Vice President, and Chapter President. Presently, Soror Kellie is honored to serve as a member of the 2022-2024 Regional Chaplain’s Council.

Born and raised in the city of Chicago, Soror Kellie attended Eastern Illinois University where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Master of Science degree in Educational Psychology. She is currently a doctoral candidate at Regent University, where she will complete a PhD in Counseling and Psychological Studies, with an emphasis in Crisis and Trauma. Over the course of the past 32 years, Soror Kellie has been committed to the field of addictions and mental health, serving as a clinician, supervisor, and trainer. Currently, she holds the position of Program Manager for Gambling Disorder Services at the Illinois Department of Human Services, Division of Substance Use Prevention and Recovery.

Membership in Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., stands as one of the most cherished accomplishments in Soror Kellie’s life, which became even more cherished when she welcomed her first niece into our esteemed sisterhood in 2014. Soror Kellie is honored to be part of our illustrious organization dedicated to sisterhood, scholarship, and service, and she looks forward to continuing her journey of empowerment and impact alongside her fellow Sorors.
